To make this dream more than just wishful thinking, you need courage, discipline, and a willingness to embrace change. Once you understand the fundamentals, it soon becomes clear that what you want is well within reach and you can make it happen.

Here are the basic of what you need to know when becoming the best version of yourself:

Say Goodbye to the Old You

Before you can become the best version of yourself, you need to say goodbye to the old version of you. It's literally like a death to the girl you used to know so you can become the woman you have always wanted to be. This means letting go of old habits, beliefs, and patterns of behaviour that have been holding you back. It also means acknowledging your flaws and shortcomings and being willing to work on them.

If you can’t surround yourself with wealthy people in person, surround yourself with them online. Other habits could include things like:

  • Eating a healthy diet

  • Exercising regularly

  • Practising mindfulness or meditation

  • Learning new skills

  • Taking better care of your image

Adopting new habits takes time and effort, but it is essential for personal growth and development. Start small and be consistent, and soon these habits will become a natural part of your daily routine.

Embrace Change

Finally, to become the best version of yourself, you need to embrace change. This means being willing to step out of your comfort zone, take risks, and try new things. Change can be scary, and becoming the best version of yourself will require you to come face to face with situations you may not have anticipated, so-called friends might not always be on board, family might be confused by your transformation, but it is all necessary for personal growth and development.
