How the Frequency of Music Can Influence What You Manifest
If you’ve ever listened to a song and suddenly felt powerful, sexy, or nostalgic, then you already know that music does more than just fill a room, it fills your entire being. I don’t think there’s ever a day in my life when I go without music, it’s quite firmly a constant feature in my lifestyle.
At the same time, it’s not just background noise. Music literally shifts your frequency, and when it comes to manifestation, your frequency is everything. We manifest not what we want, but who we are.
So if you’re trying to become the version of you who lives in that dream apartment, wakes up and it feels like Friday on a Monday, and takes morning walks with a matcha in hand, the music you’re listening to is either helping you get there, or keeping you stuck
Let’s get into how this actually works and how you can use your favourite melody to bring you into alignment with your favourite version.
Music is Emotional Energy, and Emotion is the Language of Manifestation
Manifestation doesn’t respond to words. It responds to energy. And the fastest way to shift your energy is through music.
When you feel something, you become magnetic to experiences that match that feeling. That’s the law.
Music acts like a shortcut to emotion. One song can take you from numb to high-vibe in under three minutes.
When you feel joy, love, excitement, or peace, you align with timelines where your desires already exist.
Think of music as a tool that helps you practice being your future self before the dream life arrives.
Whether it’s classical, R&B, lo-fi, or soulful house, the genre doesn’t matter as much as the emotion it unlocks in you.
That emotion is the frequency you broadcast. And frequency is what brings your reality into form.
The Frequency You Operate On = The Life You Attract
Everything is energy. Your thoughts, your emotions, your beliefs—and the music you play. Each sound has a frequency. And just like how you wouldn’t water your plants with poison, you shouldn’t feed your subconscious with chaotic or low-vibe soundtracks.
Here’s what that means in practice:
432 Hz is widely considered the “miracle tone.” It’s aligned with nature, healing, balance, and harmony. Great for relaxing, grounding, and scripting.
528 Hz is the frequency of love, transformation, and DNA repair. This one’s perfect for visualising and feeling into your dream life.
741 Hz is ideal for cleansing negativity and shifting out of self-doubt—great background for journaling or when you feel stuck in your head.
These aren’t magic numbers, they’re tools. If you’re serious about upgrading your life, upgrade your playlist. I have different playlists for summer vibes in my dream home, one for romanticising my life, another for feeling empowered by strong women…
You can find endless tracks tuned to these frequencies on YouTube or Spotify. Start your mornings with them. Use them while walking, cooking, or meditating. Let your nervous system attune to higher frequencies so your life can reflect them.
Music as Memory and Identity
Your brain attaches emotions to songs. That’s why one track can transport you back to a heartbreak from 10 years ago or a night where you felt unstoppable. Music locks in memory and emotion.
Think about YouTube, it’s a literal time machine.
This is a superpower if you use it wisely.
Create a “dream reality” playlist filled with songs that make you feel rich, divine, and untouchable.
Rewire your old memories with new music—soundtrack your glow-up era.
Use music to interrupt your old self-concept. Play different songs while getting ready, working out, or journaling.
Music helps you feel your way into your future identity. If you want to be her—the next-level, embodied version of you, she needs a soundtrack. Find it. Play it. Often.
Mainstream Music Is Addictive—But Not Always Expansive
I don’t want to ruin it for you but you need to know, a lot of mainstream music is emotionally manipulative. It’s designed to hook you, loop you, and keep you vibrating at a low baseline.
Think about it:
How many songs glamorise struggle, heartbreak, violence, betrayal, or lack?
How often are you subconsciously singing along to lyrics that literally contradict the life you’re trying to build?
Have you ever noticed how drained or angry you feel after certain songs, even if you love the beat?
Mainstream music often runs at 440 Hz a frequency that, while standard, is slightly dissonant. It’s an irritant to the nervous system.
It keeps you activated, but not in a good way.
When combined with lyrics about pain, toxicity, or ego-driven success, you’re essentially programming your subconscious to normalise chaos.
This doesn’t mean don’t listen, I still have Stay Schemin’ locked in as the first song I hear in my workout playlist. But be conscious. Music is never just music. It’s an emotional prescription. Choose carefully.
Finally
It’s time to treat your playlist like a vision board. Curate it with the same level of obsession you’d curate your dream home. Because if sound is shaping your emotions, and your emotions shape your reality, then music isn’t just entertainment.
Questions You Should Ask Yourself
What emotions am I reinforcing through the music I listen to daily?
Does my playlist reflect the version of me I’m becoming—or the one I’m trying to outgrow?
How would the version of me who already has it all use music to stay in alignment?
